Sr. Retail Planner

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sr. Retail Planner to bring clarity, organization, and personality to its Retail team. You will own planning activities across two divisions, driving process improvements and ensuring manufacturing‑ready products reach stores efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hindsight input from previous seasons and incorporate in‑season insights to influence buying projects.
• Partner with planning and merchandising to develop financial assortment plans aligned with distribution strategy.
• Analyze SKU demand by door, conduct size and stock‑to‑sales analysis, and respond with appropriate inventory actions.
• Create regional weather trends, perform cluster analysis, and recommend product placement, consolidation, and sell‑through opportunities.
• Communicate with production to optimize execution, maximize sell‑through, and minimize markdowns.
• Support model stock management, revisions, and post‑season performance recap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of wholesale or retail planning experience.
• Strong project‑management abilities and systems expertise.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate across channels.
• Positive, helpful demeanor with a passion for the Levi’s brand.

• Competitive salary range of $92,300‑$120,000 per year.
