Sr. On Premise Market Execution Specialist

About the role

The Senior On‑Premise Market Execution Specialist supports the achievement of Annual Business Plan targets for the on‑premise channel across assigned geographic areas. Working with Constellation Brands Gold Network distributor partners, the role drives retail execution of beer sales priorities and ensures our brands are optimally positioned in bars, restaurants and other on‑premise venues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local market on‑premise strategies and initiatives in alignment with the On‑Premise Market Execution Senior Manager.
• Collaborate with national & key account teams, distributor management, and Gold Network partners to develop and implement business plans.
• Prioritize market opportunities, including strategic account development, distributor engagement, special events, and promotional programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, and managers of strategic national, regional and independent accounts.
• Support the oversight and execution of local market programs and promotional activities that drive distribution, availability and sales growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑premise sales or market execution within the beverage/alcohol sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with owners, operators and distributors.
• Ability to translate national strategies into localized action plans.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
