Sr. National Account Manager - ULTA

About the role
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to lead our partnership with ULTA, one of the most important retail channels for our beauty portfolio. The role will own both in‑store and digital business, driving revenue growth, shaping account strategy, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ULTA account, creating strategies to increase sales, brand presence, and overall performance across retail and e‑commerce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and seasonal account plans aligned with sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Analyze sales performance, category trends, and market activity to identify risks and opportunities.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and sell‑in planning, adjusting to retailer dynamics.
- Partner with marketing to design promotional strategies and compelling business presentations.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations to support launches, inventory management, and execution.
- Prepare and present business reviews, revenue updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership and external partners.
- Monitor competitive activity and beauty industry trends to inform planning.
- Deliver against revenue goals while supporting broader business priorities.
Required profile
- Minimum 7+ years of wholesale/sell‑in experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Proven experience managing national retail accounts, preferably with ULTA or similar beauty retailers.
- Strong background in account management, sales planning, forecasting, and retail strategy.
- Demonstrated success driving growth across brick‑and‑mortar and digital channels.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Deep understanding of the beauty landscape, retailer expectations, and consumer trends.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
