Sr. Manager of Creative Strategy & Production

About the role

The Sr. Manager of Creative Strategy & Production leads a fully integrated Creative Services and Multimedia team at our corporate headquarters. This senior position blends strategic brand leadership with hands‑on design, video, and content production, while leveraging emerging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative direction for brand, campaign, digital, print, and multimedia projects and contribute directly to design, layout, storyboarding, and video production.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a blended team of managers, designers, and multimedia specialists, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Own and continuously improve the creative intake, prioritization, and project‑management workflow, implementing SOPs, tools, and approval stages.
• Uphold and evolve visual brand standards across all channels, ensuring consistent storytelling.
• Direct photo and video shoots, motion‑graphics creation, and post‑production for marketing, social media, product communications, and corporate initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior creative leadership within fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Comfortable generating big ideas, refining design details, and shaping visual storytelling.
• Hands‑on expertise in design, video production, and multimedia content creation.
• Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand integrity.
