Sr Finance Automation & Standardization Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a senior analyst to lead finance reporting, automation, and standardization initiatives within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The role combines deep financial analysis with technical expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting to improve data integrity and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain a portfolio of finance reports, creating new reports and optimizing existing ones for better accessibility and accuracy.
• Act as the Oracle Fusion reporting subject‑matter expert, ensuring data governance, controls, and user support across the finance function.
• Lead automation and standardization projects that reduce manual effort and promote consistent financial reporting and planning.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from requirements gathering through design, testing, implementation, and post‑deployment support.
• Partner with the Financial Systems Administration team and business stakeholders to evaluate, test, and roll out new tools and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guides to drive adoption and sustainable support.
• Provide analytical support during month‑end close, forecasting, and planning cycles.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing automation and standardization initiatives in a finance environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project ownership skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive governance.
