Sr. Director of Marketing

About the role

This senior leadership position reports to the executive team and is responsible for shaping and scaling full‑funnel direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) marketing strategies for a mission‑driven organization based in the United States. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end DTC marketing strategies that generate demand, qualified leads, and improve customer acquisition.
• Own marketing budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking to ensure efficient long‑term growth.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns in partnership with sales, product, and external partners.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives, including positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and digital campaign execution.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing marketing team.
• Define KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, and drive data‑informed decision‑making.
• Experiment with new channels, technologies, and AI‑driven tools to enhance performance.
• Ensure brand, communications, and customer experience alignment for a consistent market presence.
• Oversee performance analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization of campaigns.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in DTC marketing, digital growth strategies, and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Strong background in performance marketing, brand building, and revenue‑driven initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, KPIs, attribution models, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and modern mar‑tech ecosystems.
• Experience in product marketing and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
