Sr. Compliance Officer

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to lead its global regulatory reporting function. You will work closely with U.S. and international business units to ensure compliance with a wide range of regulatory requirements, including CFTC, SEC, and substantial shareholder reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and timely filing of regulatory and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with business partners to respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Document, update, and oversee compliance procedures.
• Prepare and submit accurate substantial shareholder disclosures by required deadlines.
• Address day‑to‑day compliance issues related to trading strategies and technology controls.
• Prepare documentation to support reviews and demonstrate adequate processes/controls for SEC and other regulators.
• Interact with the global compliance team to assess, monitor, and implement compliance monitoring activities and testing.
• Support the department’s strategic direction in line with company mission.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a regulatory environment, particularly with SEC, CFTC, and related reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and regulators.
