Sr. Communications & Email Marketing Associate

About the role

NinjaHoldings is looking for a senior communications and email marketing associate to own the end‑to‑end customer communication lifecycle. You will design, launch, and optimise email, SMS and push campaigns that drive acquisition, retention and engagement for our fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push) to acquire and retain customers.
• Develop, launch, analyse and iterate on A/B and multivariate tests to improve the customer experience.
• Debug technical issues related to HTML/CSS, journey logic, list management and other email execution components.
• Monitor deliverability, reduce spam complaints and improve open and click‑through rates.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track performance, investigate anomalies and report results.
• Conduct competitive marketing research and product intelligence to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and support development of marketing features.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in email, CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency with multichannel marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze or Marketo.
• Strong technical background with HTML/CSS and SQL for data querying.
• Advanced analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actions.
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
