About the role
We are looking for a skilled Local 669 Sprinkler Fitter to join The Hill Group’s construction team in the Indianapolis area. The successful candidate will install fire sprinkler systems on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with all codes.
Key responsibilities
- Install fire sprinkler systems according to project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Layout, assemble, and install piping, fittings, and system components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
- Assist with system testing, inspections, and final project completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, following company safety policies.
Required profile
- Active membership in Local 669.
- Experience installing fire sprinkler systems.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13 standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
