Sportsbook Planning Associate

About the role

Hard Rock Digital is looking for a Sportsbook Planning Associate to shape the customer‑facing content across major sport leagues. The associate will create and manage Pre‑Built Parlays and Boosts, and ensure the sportsbook’s display plans are accurate, engaging and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Build and publish Pre‑Built Parlays (PBPs) and Boosts daily using the NATS content management system.
• Select player props, game lines and futures markets to craft compelling offers across all active sports.
• Apply Hard Rock branding conventions, including culturally relevant wordplay and sport‑specific language.
• Monitor injury news, lineup changes and late scratches in real time, adjusting or withdrawing offers as needed.
• Ensure all content meets pricing guidelines and state‑level regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain hourly content plans for digital displays, aligning with customer preferences and the live sporting calendar.
• Distribute planning documents and coordinate with Trading, Content Optimization, Marketing and Sportsbook Operations teams.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple deadlines and collaborating across departments.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with sportsbook terminology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the NATS content management system.
