Speech Language Pathologist – School Based SLP

About the role

Kinetic Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join its multidisciplinary team in Rockingham County Schools, primarily at One Elm School. The position is school‑based and offers a supportive, therapist‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct speech‑language therapy services to students across various school settings, including Head Start and daycare programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document sessions using the provided electronic medical records system and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina SLP license or immediate eligibility.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences Disorders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
