Speech-Language Pathologist (Independent Contractor) – Houston Metro

About the role

AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individual and group therapy in Texas schools as 1099 independent contractors. You will work with AIM’s proprietary technology and testing kits while enjoying full control over your caseload and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals for individuals and groups.
• Evaluate student progress, conduct eligibility evaluations, and participate in IEP/ARD meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support communication skills in classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate reports and records meeting district and state requirements.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP license and valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to use AIM’s proprietary technology suite for documentation and therapy management.
• Proficiency with testing kits and protocols provided by AIM.
