Specialized Cloud Engineer – Irving, TX

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Specialized Cloud Engineer to join its Irving, TX team. You will work on cutting‑edge AI‑driven cloud solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, helping them accelerate growth and achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports and support due‑diligence activities.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Plan and execute maintenance windows, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring continuity.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights on system behavior and support capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing security measures and continuity plans.
