About the role
The Department of World Languages, Literatures & Cultures at Louisiana State University seeks qualified Spanish Instructors to teach elementary and intermediate Spanish courses beginning Fall 2026. This faculty role involves classroom instruction and student support on campus.
Key responsibilities
- Teach elementary and intermediate Spanish courses as assigned by the department chair.
- Hold regular office hours to advise and assist students.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Spanish or a related field (minimum).
- Ph.D. in Spanish or related field preferred.
- Valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Spanish language instruction.
