About the role
Prossimo Ristorante is seeking an exceptional fine‑dining service member to provide outstanding guest satisfaction. The role combines floor service with bartending responsibilities in a small, family‑owned restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive floor service and bartending as needed.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, preparation techniques, and possible substitutions.
- Recommend wine, Prosecco, and other beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
