Solutions Engineer

About the role

Harmony is looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical implementation and onboarding experience for new customers. You will work closely with sales and product teams to demonstrate real‑world value, turning prospects into paying customers and ensuring rapid time‑to‑value after the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical implementation, including configuration, integration, and deployment during evaluation and post‑sale phases.
• Drive deal outcomes by delivering successful proof‑of‑concepts that convert prospects.
• Partner with Account Executives and the GTM team to shape deal strategy, scope technical requirements, and remove blockers.
• Run onboarding for new customers, architecting environments, building integrations, and accelerating ROI.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, scripts, and tooling to scale the GTM motion.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, digging into APIs, infrastructure, and code.
• Communicate product value to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
• Provide field insights to Product and Engineering to improve the solution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar hands‑on role.
• Strong ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
