Solutions Engineer II – Pre‑Sales

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer at Omni, you will act as the technical champion of our AI analytics platform, helping customers unlock the value of their data throughout the sales and post‑sales lifecycle. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to demonstrate how Omni can solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise, uncover use cases, and showcase platform value.
• Design, build, and present Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) on the Omni platform for prospective customers.
• Guide trial customers to successful adoption by collaborating with post‑sales teams and partners.
• Provide feedback to Product, Design, and Engineering to influence roadmap and feature development.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience, including pre‑sales exposure.
• Strong SQL skills used for analytics and data exploration.
• Familiarity with modern data‑stack components such as cloud data warehouses and transformation tools.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations directly with customers.
• Passionate about data, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about teaching others.
