Solutions Engineer – AI Workflow Platform

About the role

We are building something new at Scribe. As a Solutions Engineer you will become the technical expert for our market‑changing Workflow AI products, bridging the gap between closing the deal and delivering transformational outcomes for Fortune‑1000 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical layer of enterprise deals, running tailored Optimize demos, leading proof‑of‑concept planning sessions, and designing solutions that tie Workflow AI capabilities to measurable customer outcomes.
• Build ROI narratives grounded in actual workflow data, turning time saved and cost avoided into concrete numbers.
• Address technical and security questions during enterprise cycles, collaborating with Engineering to resolve configuration issues and keep procurement moving.
• Capture customer feedback, document what works and what doesn’t, and turn insights into repeatable pre‑sales assets and playbooks.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Scribe’s platform and serve as a technical reference for the go‑to‑market team.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or a comparable pre‑sales role at a high‑growth SaaS company.
• Strong AI fluency – ability to discuss large language model architecture, prompt design, model behavior, and AI output quality.
• Experience working with enterprise workflow tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly with executive stakeholders and translate technical conversations into business outcomes.
• Data‑driven, ROI‑obsessed mindset with a collaborative, low‑ego approach.
