Solutions Architect
liquid-ai
Job description
About the role
Liquid AI, a spin‑out from MIT CSAIL, is building general‑purpose AI systems that run efficiently on edge devices, mobile hardware and on‑prem infrastructure. As one of the first Solutions Architects, you will work directly with the Head of Solutions Architecture to shape the function and drive customer engagements from discovery through go‑live.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end customer engagements, from qualified opportunity through technical validation, deployment and ongoing delivery.
- Build customer‑specific demos and proofs‑of‑concept using Liquid models, including fine‑tuning and domain adaptation.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, map existing architectures to Liquid solutions, and quantify ROI.
- Co‑own the product‑field feedback loop by documenting friction points, evaluation failures and capability gaps.
- Create reusable assets such as reference architectures, demo libraries and engagement playbooks.
Required profile
- Hands‑on technical builder who can download a model, create a demo and present it to stakeholders.
- Creative problem‑solver who can turn perceived limitations into cost‑saving or new‑experience opportunities.
- End‑to‑end owner who does not differentiate between pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset eager to define processes and playbooks for a growing team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Jupyter Notebook for model experimentation and demo creation.
