Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer to design bespoke, outcome‑based solutions for clients across core verticals such as Automation & Robotics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Aerospace, and Chemical & Energy. This senior individual contributor bridges technical solution design with revenue generation, guiding prospects from discovery through contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead extensive discovery engagements with prospective and existing clients to uncover operational, technical, and business challenges.
• Translate findings into customized, deliverable‑based solutions and validate feasibility with delivery and engineering teams.
• Maintain deep technical credibility in at least one core vertical while being fluent across the others.
• Serve as the technical thread throughout complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, building ROI cases and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Partner with Sales/BD to shape deal strategy, pricing, and solution scope, and directly influence closing of revenue.
• Hand off closed deals to delivery teams with full context and provide field intelligence on win/loss patterns.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in solution architecture and sales engineering.
• Strong ability to conduct deep discovery, articulate business outcomes, and build compelling ROI business cases.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and economic buyers.
• Track record of influencing and closing revenue‑generating deals.
