About the role

Pwc is seeking a senior‑level professional to lead pricing strategy for high‑value Scaled Engineering Services (SES) engagements. The role sits on the Pricing Desk and provides commercial leadership across advisory pursuits, shaping rate cards and complex pricing structures.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full pricing lifecycle for SES deals, from strategic design to final commercial delivery.
• Develop and maintain rate‑card frameworks and complex pricing models that align with client and firm objectives.
• Influence senior stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, and ensure pricing decisions support both client value and firm profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research, data analysis, and technology tools into pricing processes.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive environment.
• Represent leadership perspectives in meetings, anticipate needs, and drive consistent execution across service lines.

Required profile

• Senior manager experience in pricing, finance, or consulting within a professional services firm.
• Strong strategic advisory capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problems.
• Proven track record of influencing senior decision‑makers and delivering commercial outcomes.
