Solution Innovator – Agentic AI

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Solution Innovator to join its Digital Innovation department in the United States. You will help shape AI capabilities ranging from simple Gemini Gems to advanced Agentic AI solutions, linking global AI strategy with regional customer services.

Key responsibilities

• Scout disruptive AI technologies and assess their relevance for Airbus.
• Bridge global AI strategies with U.S. customer‑service lines such as Satair, Unical, and Skywise.
• Validate technical, operational, economic, and legal feasibility of AI concepts.
• Collaborate with a Value Architect and Strategic Designer within an agile Innovation Squad.
• Drive an “outside‑in” innovation pulse while ensuring compliance with Airbus standards.

Required profile

• Experience working in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort operating in an agile, innovation‑focused environment.
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and aerospace applications.
