Solution Engineering Manager

About the role

As a Solutions Engineering Manager at Applied Intuition, you will be the primary technical liaison for the company’s most strategic global customers. You will lead architectural discussions, translate complex business models into actionable technical solutions, and set the tone for every major engagement from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a high‑impact solutions engineering team, driving technical engagements that directly influence revenue.
• Conduct deep‑dive architectural conversations with customers in automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining and agriculture.
• Develop and present solution proposals that align with customer business models and Applied Intuition’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation.
• Mentor and grow team members, fostering technical excellence and customer‑centric mindset.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading solutions engineering or pre‑sales teams in high‑tech environments.
• Strong track record of engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of autonomous vehicle technologies, AI‑driven systems, or related physical‑AI domains.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
