Solution Architect – Talent Services

About the role

IG Consulting is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative talent service solutions. In this senior consulting position you will work closely with sales, delivery, and practice leadership to shape pre‑sales engagements and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic pipeline of pursuits aligned with Talent Service offerings.
• Grow the Talent Service portfolio through new engagements and expand existing offerings.
• Ensure solution strategy and best practices are consistently applied.
• Mature current offerings and operationalize new services.
• Support implementation and delivery teams to ensure client success.
• Mentor and provide operational guidance to Solution Analysts, Senior Solution Analysts, and Solution Associates.
• Collaborate with sales to generate demand, design solutions, and develop proposals.

Required profile

• Proven thought‑leader in professional services, talent management, recruitment, or project management.
• Experience working directly with clients to understand challenges and design comprehensive solutions.
• Strong cross‑functional relationship building across account management, recruitment, and operations.
• Accountable for revenue growth and financial performance of a service tower.
