About the role

Icon Power is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Outside Solar Appointment Setters. In this role you will engage homeowners door‑to‑door, spark interest in residential solar solutions and schedule appointments for the company’s sales representatives. The position is commission‑only and offers uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods with a team.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy to homeowners and generate interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Sales Representatives.
• Represent Icon Power professionally and positively.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive, high‑energy attitude.
• Comfortable standing and walking for several hours.
• Coachability and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required (sales experience a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
