About the role

Normal Computing is an applied AI company building foundational hardware and software for the semiconductor industry. As a Software Engineer, Product you will create AI‑native products and workflows that help chip engineers design and verify chips more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Architect intuitive UX & AX interfaces and workflows for highly technical engineering systems.
• Partner with AI, research, and hardware engineers to translate ambiguous problems into concrete product features.
• Own end‑to‑end product development, from implementation through deployment, evaluation, and iteration across frontend, backend, data, and AI components.
• Identify and fix subtle workflow, UX, and architectural weaknesses to raise the overall quality.
• Leverage AI systems to accelerate testing, analysis, and verification while maintaining clear ownership of requirements and quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping full‑stack products, preferably in fast‑moving startup or zero‑to‑one environments.
• Strong product and engineering quality mindset, able to spot UX regressions and long‑term maintenance risks.
• Proactive in ambiguous settings, turning uncertainty into testable plans.
• Reliable, resourceful, and execution‑oriented with a track record of delivering on commitments.
