Software Engineer – Personalization Platform (Frontend)

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the Personalization Platform team. You will help build the core infrastructure that powers personalized, context‑aware experiences for billions of members and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Scale distributed applications and make architectural trade‑offs using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
• Develop multi‑tier, high‑volume, user‑centric applications that run 24/7.
• Write clean, testable code, perform code reviews, and ensure continuous integration.
• Provide technical leadership and drive best engineering practices across large‑scale, cross‑functional programs.
• Identify and evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of industry experience in software design, development, and algorithmic problem solving.
• Experience programming in multiple languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, React, C/C++, C#, Objective‑C, Ruby, etc.
