Software Engineer – New Graduate

About the role

As a Software Engineer, New Grad at Notion you will join a fast‑growing product team that builds the core experiences of a collaborative AI workspace. You will work alongside designers, product managers and data experts to deliver features that millions of users rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and maintain new product features from concept through launch.
• Improve performance, reliability and polish of existing features such as spell‑checking and search indexing.
• Develop internal tools that increase team productivity, for example scripts to import user feedback.

Required profile

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Available to start full‑time before July 27, 2026.
• Completed at least one internship in a software development role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Familiarity with Python.
