Software Engineer – New Graduate

About the role
As a New Graduate Software Engineer at Notion, you will help shape core user experiences and accelerate product adoption for millions of users. You will work closely with design, product, and data teams to deliver features from concept through launch and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement new product features end‑to‑end, including research, coding, testing, and iteration.
- Improve performance, reliability, and polish of existing features such as spell‑checking and search indexing.
- Build internal tools that increase team productivity, for example scripts to import user feedback.
- Instrument onboarding moments and activation flows to drive user adoption.
Required profile
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Available to start full‑time before July 27, 2026.
- Previous internship experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages.
