Software Engineer, New Grad

About the role

Pylon is looking for a motivated new‑grad Software Engineer to help build AI‑enhanced support tools for B2B customers. You will join a fast‑growing team that blends human expertise with intelligent agents to streamline post‑sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new product features that enable Customer Support and Success teams to work more efficiently.
• Build prototypes, iterate quickly, and ship high‑quality code.
• Own end‑to‑end components, manage your own projects, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers.
• Work closely with a technical team that includes engineers from companies such as Samsara, Affinity, Airbnb, and Meta.

Required profile

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with availability to start full‑time in Summer 2027.
• Relevant internship experience or side projects that demonstrate strong full‑stack fundamentals.
• Growth mindset, openness to feedback, and a preference for in‑person collaboration in San Francisco (or willingness to relocate).
• Bonus: experience at high‑growth startups, AI‑driven development, or familiarity with Pylon’s tech stack.
