About the role
Notion is looking for a New Graduate AI Engineer to help shape its AI‑powered product experience. You will work alongside design, product and data experts to build and ship features that leverage large language models, embeddings and other cutting‑edge AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with your team to prototype and ship AI‑powered product improvements.
- Own a scoped productionisation project, integrating new models or techniques and adding monitoring, guardrails, latency or cost optimisations.
- Develop and run evaluation frameworks, conduct experiments, analyse results and translate learnings into product or system changes.
Required profile
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, with availability to start full‑time before 27 July 2026.
- Previous internship experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript or JavaScript/React.
