About the role

Rillet is building an AI‑native ERP for modern finance teams. As a Software Engineer you will own features and systems across the full stack, collaborating with product, design, and finance experts to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of backend architecture and user‑facing interfaces.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to shape product direction and make technical trade‑offs.
• Raise engineering quality through continuous delivery, test‑driven development, and production reliability.
• Mentor teammates via code reviews and hands‑on collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience on complex, large‑scale projects.
• Strong backend fundamentals and willingness to contribute to frontend work.
• Ability to make technical decisions and navigate hard trade‑offs.
• Product‑focused mindset, thinking about user impact.

Required skills

• Svelte (frontend) and TypeScript.
• Kotlin and Spring Boot (backend).
• PostgreSQL.
• AWS cloud services.
