About the role

Alta is looking for a full‑stack Software Engineer to join its small, talented team in New York. You will help shape the future of shopping by building polished user interfaces and scaling the AI‑driven product suite.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement beautiful, responsive UI components that showcase Alta’s AI technology.
Scale and maintain the suite of applications as the product grows.
Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in deployed services.
Improve codebase speed, quality, and overall engineering productivity.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and growth teams.

Required profile

3+ years of full‑stack or backend engineering experience.
Comfortable working on ambiguous problems and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
Passion for AI‑powered shopping experiences.
Willingness to work onsite in New York.
