Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack Software Engineer to join Garage’s small, founder‑led team. You will help build the core systems that power a nationwide marketplace for critical equipment, shaping product strategy and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain APIs, data models and services that move assets at scale.
• Automate complex workflows across payments, logistics, compliance and financing.
• Own core components of the marketplace and operations stack.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ship reliable features quickly.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑stack development experience with a strong portfolio or GitHub.
• Systems‑thinking mindset and comfort working in a fast‑moving startup.
• Customer‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to question the status quo and drive technical excellence.
