Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build and maintain the technology that powers every stage of our investment process, from research and analysis to trading, risk management, funding and settlement. You will work closely with investors, quantitative researchers and trading desks to deliver high‑impact solutions in a fast‑paced financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain next‑generation platforms that support investment and trading workflows.
• Collaborate with investment teams to create desk‑aligned tools that improve efficiency and maximize returns.
• Translate business needs into robust, scalable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex software projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Expert‑level programming in at least one of: Java, C++, Python.
