Software Engineer III – AI-Enabled .NET Development

About the role

Zinnia is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain its Life & Annuity Exchange platforms. You will work within a global, cross‑functional team to deliver innovative, AI‑enhanced solutions that improve efficiency for internal stakeholders and clients. The role blends deep .NET expertise with hands‑on AI integration experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high‑quality .NET code for Life & Annuity Exchange platforms.
• Integrate AI capabilities, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI‑adjacent features, into production software.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and custom enhancements for existing platforms.
• Collaborate with global teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers on both technical and soft‑skill aspects.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a distributed team.
