Software Engineer, Full-Stack

About the role

Rivet is seeking a full‑stack Software Engineer to help build the platform that defines the future of work on the front line. You will own end‑to‑end development across a modern .NET stack, delivering web UI, APIs, databases, media pipelines, and cloud/edge deployments. The team values craft, quality, and velocity in a mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ship and maintain full‑stack features, including UI, API, database, tests, and documentation.
• Design APIs consumed by web clients and on‑device software.
• Build data‑integration pipelines for large‑file sync, integrity verification, and processing.
• Harden the system through testing, failure recovery, data integrity, and observability.
• Run the complete software development life cycle.
• Uphold and maintain a high‑quality codebase over time.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building full‑stack web applications shipped to production.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET Core expertise, or comparable stack with willingness to work in .NET.
• SQL fluency, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
• Experience with Docker‑based packaging and deployment to Linux servers.
• Comfortable owning a system solo, debugging across UI, API, database, and host.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
