Software Engineer – Developer Infrastructure

About the role
Behind every intelligent machine is world‑class infrastructure. You will design, implement, and extend core application libraries and frameworks that power the daily work of engineers across the company, and scale the build and CI infrastructure of our monorepo.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve the core libraries, frameworks, and tools used by all engineers.
- Increase the speed and reliability of developer infrastructure, including the Bazel build system and Buildkite CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance code quality, testability, and release processes.
- Own areas of expertise, influence product decisions from day one, and establish best‑practice standards.
Required profile
- Strong software engineering background with a focus on developer productivity.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and take ownership of technical and product decisions.
- Comfort interacting with users to gather feedback and contribute to a dynamic team culture.
