Software Engineer – Conversational AI for Healthcare

About the role

We are building superhuman conversational AI for the healthcare sector, starting with the nation’s largest dental groups. As a Software Engineer you will create, design, and deploy AI agents that capture missed calls, book appointments, and run outbound patient recall campaigns with performance far exceeding human operators.

Key responsibilities

• Work with leading large‑language models (LLMs) such as Claude and OpenAI to craft conversational experiences for patients.
• Design, build, and launch the end‑to‑end platform from the ground up, collaborating directly with customers and the founder.
• Develop robust backend services that handle complex, unpredictable dialogue flows.
• Integrate frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Iterate quickly in a fast‑growing, 30% month‑over‑month startup environment.
