Software Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Modern autonomous system development relies on large-scale, realistic simulations to validate continuous software changes. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will help build and operate the high-performance simulation platform that powers Applied Intuition’s autonomous-vehicle solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain cloud-based simulation environments for multiple customers across AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Implement best-practice deployment pipelines to achieve minimal downtime and high reliability.
• Monitor production workloads, diagnose bottlenecks and architect scalable solutions.
• Develop internal tooling and optimise CI/CD processes to improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and customer teams to ensure successful backend operations and deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical decisions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
