Software Engineer – Calibration for Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in calibration systems for autonomous vehicles or mobile robots. You will design and build a calibration pipeline that supports a growing fleet of vehicles, ensuring accurate multi‑sensor perception for safe navigation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a software pipeline to calibrate sensor intrinsic and extrinsic parameters across diverse vehicle sensor configurations.
• Design processes for the lifecycle management, deployment, and evaluation of calibrations, including data collection and processing.
• Collaborate closely with the core calibration algorithm team and cross‑functional groups.
• Develop state‑of‑the‑art algorithms for offline factory/lab calibration and online calibration to compensate for sensor variations such as temperature.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with calibration systems for autonomous vehicles or mobile robots.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to work at scale.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Software development for sensor calibration pipelines.
• Understanding of multi‑sensor, multi‑modal perception systems.
