Software Engineer – AI Voice Platform

About the role

Simple AI is building state-of-the-art voice AI agents for enterprise customers such as DoorDash, xAI and Omaha Steaks. We are looking for founding software engineers to help scale our platform, meet current demand and build the systems that will power the next generation of voice‑based AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the voice AI platform.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Scale infrastructure to support rapid growth in enterprise usage.
• Contribute to the architecture of future AI‑driven features.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in product design and prioritization.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and keep up with the latest AI advancements.
