Software Engineer – AI-Powered Automation Platform

About the role

Join a fast-growing AI-powered automation platform as a Software Engineer. You’ll work in a small, high-performing engineering team, taking ownership of features from concept through production and helping scale the platform’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch user‑facing features from concept to production.
• Optimize and enhance document ingestion and AI‑driven data extraction pipelines for scalability, reliability and performance.
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party platforms and external services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production systems to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and customer‑facing teams to iterate rapidly on new features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, release automation, developer tooling and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Strong ability to learn new technologies and solve unfamiliar technical challenges quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects independently from design to deployment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
