About the role
Polynomic is seeking a Software Engineer to help build, scale, and ensure the reliability of its core agentic AI platform that powers automated paid‑media campaigns. You will work on backend services, data pipelines, and platform integrations that enable real‑time decision making for digital advertising.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services that support AI‑driven advertising workflows.
- Design, implement, and optimise data pipelines for real‑time performance signals.
- Integrate the platform with multiple advertising networks and attribution systems.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to improve platform reliability and scalability.
Required profile
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Two to five years of professional software engineering experience.
- Understanding of AI systems and production workflows.
- Interest in advertising technology.
