Software Engineer – AI

About the role

Omni is seeking a Software Engineer focused on AI to build and optimize its agentic AI analyst. You will tune agent behavior, measure performance, and add new capabilities, working alongside a team with deep expertise in AI analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve the agentic AI analyst platform.
• Implement performance metrics and monitoring for AI agents.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize features and solve customer problems.
• Contribute across the full technology stack, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Iterate quickly while maintaining engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 3‑10+ years of experience building production software.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance business goals and engineering velocity.
• Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

Required skills

• TypeScript or JavaScript.
• React with Remix.
• Kotlin or Java.
• AWS.
• SQL and data‑visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) – nice to have.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations or AI‑assisted features – nice to have.
