Software Engineer – AI Agent (Spanish/English)

About the role

As a Software Engineer focused on AI agents, you will design, build, and ship production‑grade agents that power mission‑critical experiences for large enterprises and innovative startups. You will own the full Agent Development Life Cycle, collaborating directly with customers to solve real‑world problems while shaping Sierra’s core platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑performance, reliable AI agents that drive revenue across finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to continuous iteration, establishing best practices.
• Partner with enterprise leaders and cutting‑edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale.
• Influence the evolution of Sierra’s platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating with research and product teams.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship creative solutions.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and deliver impact.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
