Social Security Disability Case Manager

About the role

Join Brooks Law Group’s growing Social Security team as a Disability Case Manager. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the Social Security Disability appeals process while supporting the firm’s mission to be a lifeline for the injured and exploited.

Key responsibilities

• Interact proactively with clients, medical providers, and legal representatives.
• Conduct client interviews, keep clients informed of case status, and schedule hearings.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage all aspects of the appeals process.
• Order and review medical records, obtain supporting documentation, and negotiate settlements with insurers and providers.
• Maintain case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in legal Social Security, disability, or related business roles.
• Highly organized, punctual, coachable, and motivated.
• Strong communicator, honest team player willing to go the extra mile.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to client needs.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Understanding of Social Security Disability regulations and appeals procedures.
