Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Lilla P is looking for a creative, organized and motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our downtown Manhattan showroom team. You will drive our organic social presence, manage creator relationships and turn performance data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the weekly social content calendar, balancing product launches, seasonal moments and trending audio.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates and emerging AI tools to streamline content production.
• Concept, shoot and edit high‑quality vertical video for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Manage influencer and gifting programs using LTK, Awin and other creator platforms, from outreach to contract negotiation.
• Maintain a creator CRM tracking contacts, past collaborations and performance metrics.
• Provide daily social customer care, answering inquiries about sizing, fabric, stock and order status.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and hosting content.
• Excellent written communication and a warm, sophisticated brand voice.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance and optimizing future content.

Required skills

• CapCut or equivalent vertical video editing software.
• Adobe Premiere (or similar professional editing tools).
• AI‑assisted video editing, generative imagery and caption‑optimization tools.
• Experience with LTK, Awin and creator‑relationship platforms.
• Proficiency in creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
