About the role

Rothys is seeking a strategic, social‑native creative to own and elevate its presence across social platforms. Reporting to the Photo Director, you will shape the social creative strategy, produce standout content, and serve as the go‑to social expert for cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social creative strategy across channels, translating brand and campaign goals into engaging content.
• Lead the social calendar end‑to‑end, partnering with Brand Strategy, Growth, PR, Influencer, and Digital Commerce.
• Concept and produce social‑native stills, video, motion, and audio that set the creative bar.
• Track performance, share recommendations, and build action plans to improve reach and engagement.
• Develop playbooks and best practices for brand‑aligned social content across the company.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing to identify and work with creators that reflect the Rothys brand.
• Stay ahead of platform and cultural trends, advising on testing, scaling, or pulling back initiatives.
