About the role

CareerSwift is a technology company focused on simplifying the job search process with AI‑powered tools. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to expand our brand presence across social platforms and build an engaged community of job seekers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars across relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging posts, captions, short‑form content, and promotional materials.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for timely content.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams on campaigns and creative projects.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Continuously test and improve content based on performance data and audience feedback.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of what makes content engaging.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and use insights to improve content.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple content projects independently.
